Forecasting and modeling of mining enterprises' innovation development
The paper considers the methodical approach for solving the task of identification of the most effective parameters of mineral deposits' development in any forecasted period. The solution of the problem is necessary for formation of the raw material resources' block of the general imitation dynamic model of mining enterprise development.

The development of economic integration in the sphere of fishery
On the basis of cluster approach and peculiarities of clusterisation in the sphere of commercial fishery the paper describes development of economic integration in various spheres of economy. Despite general regularities, specific peculiarities of the marine biological resources development require the elaboration of theoretical propositions and applied recommendations on creation and functioning of integrated structures as conditions of innovative development of fishing industry facilities.

The results of testing the previously developed methodological approach and methods of assessing the innovativeness level of the industrial development of the regions – subjects of the Federation (members of the Russian Arctic zone) – on the basis of the calculation and analysis of scorecard values have been presented. It has been shown that during the years 2005–2013, the highest level of technological innovation of industrial development had been achieved in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
